On September 30, Putin will announce annexing new territories to the Russian Federation in the Kremlin. In particular, we are talking about the occupied parts of Ukraine.

The Kremlin intends to appropriate the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine on September 30. Today, September 29, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will hold an operational meeting with the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

This was announced by the Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov, Russian media write.

As noted, the so-called ceremony will be held in the Kremlin at 15:00 Moscow time.

“There will be a voluminous speech by President Putin at this event. This is not a message from the president to the Federal Assembly, it is very important not to confuse it. This is a different format, the message from the president will take place later, and we will inform about it in a timely manner,” Peskov said.

According to him, the Russian Federation will "accept" four new territories, which allegedly "held referenda and addressed the Russian side with a corresponding request."
