Among the eliminated invading officers are two lieutenant generals and eight major generals.
As of November 1, 2022, since the beginning of a full-scale war in Ukraine, 1,402 high-ranking military personnel of the Russian army have been eliminated.
According to the Stratcom of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with reference to data from OSINT researchers, among the destroyed Russian officers are two lieutenant generals and eight major generals. At the same time, about a quarter of the liquidated high-ranking military officers are senior officers.
"In Ukraine, 1,402 Russian officers were denazified (that's about 5.7 people a day). Moreover, senior officers make up 26% of the total," the report says.
It is noted that 44 colonels of the Russian Federation, 98 lieutenant colonels, and 193 majors were also killed in the war in Ukraine. In addition, 279 captains, 471 senior lieutenants, 235 lieutenants and 72 other military ranks were liquidated.
