Since September 12, over 10 major IT companies from the US have announced new and enhanced sanctions against Russia, including a complete exit from the Russian market.

This is outlined in an infographic by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, published on the official MFA Telegram channel.

In particular, American companies have implemented the following restrictive measures against Russia:

  • Microsoft has begun disconnecting users in Russia from cloud services.
  • Google has blocked the registration of new accounts using Russian numbers and has also deprived Russian bloggers of income through AdSense.
  • Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Atlassian have announced a complete exit from the Russian market.
  • The project management service Notion has become unavailable in Russia.
  • The service Miro has ceased servicing Russian and Belarusian accounts.
  • Slack has stopped servicing its corporate messenger in Russia.
  • CAD systems and Autodesk have exited Russia, while SAP and Oracle have left the country’s ERP market.

“After extensive consultations, we thank our partners for their decisive actions,” the MFA concluded.
