Poland has prepared transit corridors for exporting Ukrainian grain to countries in need. President Andrzej Duda stated:
Thanks to the work of our farmers, we are self-sufficient. We do not need grain from Ukraine. Their excellent harvests during the war have benefited very few countries that truly needed it. In Poland, we have prepared transit corridors through which Ukrainian grain can pass and be exported wherever it is needed. We are trying to help Ukraine and those countries that need this assistance.
Duda believes it is the right decision to lift the ban on selling Ukrainian grain in Poland. However, he emphasizes the need to ensure that the transit of Ukrainian grain is as extensive as possible.
