A fire broke out in a power plant after a Ukrainian bombing of the neighbouring Russian region of Belgorod, according to Ukrainska Pravda.
The governor of the Russian region, Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that several explosions were heard in multiple areas.
The fire that broke out in the power plant blacked out part of the Russian city.
After the Belgorod bombing, a 110 kW substation caught fire.
The water supply is normal, the pumps are connected to other power lines.
