As a result of today's strike by the Russian army on an enterprise in Zaporizhzhia, three people were killed. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated.
This information was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General and the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
Around 12:30, Russian Armed Forces servicemen launched a missile strike on the infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia. The missile hit one of the local enterprises.
"As a result of the shelling, three civilians were killed, and there are also wounded. Information about the injured is being clarified," law enforcement officials said.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal case regarding violations of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
Fedorov reported that information is already available about eight injured individuals.
"Preliminarily, 14 buildings were damaged, including 7 multi-story buildings, a healthcare facility, and a cultural institution," he wrote.
