On the night of July 18, Russian forces launched 19 targets at Ukraine. All drones and two out of three missiles were successfully shot down.

This was reported by the Telegram channel of Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk.

"On the night of July 18, the enemy attacked with 16 Shahed-131/136 drones from the Kursk region and three guided missiles from the southern direction - two Kh-59/Kh-69 and one Kh-35," he stated.

According to the general, most targets were destroyed in the eastern direction, within the responsibility zone of the Air Command East.

"As a result, all 16 Shahed drones and two Kh-59 guided missiles were hit in the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, and Kharkiv regions," Oleshchuk noted.
