Russia launched a massive attack on the Odessa region using strike drones. An energy infrastructure facility and warehouses were damaged, and part of the region was left without electricity.

The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported this on Telegram.

“The enemy massively attacked the Odessa district with strike UAVs. Despite the active work of air defense forces, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged. Warehouse premises, an administrative building, and a garage were also damaged. Fires broke out at the site, but rescuers quickly extinguished them,” the message reads.

“Because of the attack, several settlements are temporarily without power. Repair work is already underway. Critical infrastructure is operating on generators,” Kiper added.

According to the State Emergency Service in the Odessa region, fires at the energy infrastructure facilities have been extinguished.

“Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 14 people from nearby houses, including three children. Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries,” the report says.

Law enforcement officers are documenting another crime committed by Russian forces against the civilian population of the Odessa region.
