Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has fired more than 1,370 missiles at our country, the Pentagon said.

The relevant data is provided by the American media ABC News, citing a senior representative of the US Department of Defense.

According to the official, the focus on eastern Ukraine is due to several factors:

  • get a trump card for negotiations;
  • change in military strategy after unsuccessful attempts to capture Kyiv.
