Russian forces attacked Odessa in the morning, damaging an educational institution.
The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported the attack on Telegram.
"From early morning, the enemy attacked Odessa. An educational institution was damaged. We are clarifying the details," he said.
Lysak added that a Day of Mourning has been declared in the city today for the three people killed in yesterday morning’s attack.

As a result of an attack, a gas station area was damaged in Odessa. Windows were also shattered and the roof of an educational institution building was damaged. No casualties have been reported.
Work is underway to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack.
