Russian attack hits homes and dormitory in Odessa

Russian forces launched an overnight strike on Odessa, damaging five private homes and a dormitory in the city's Kyivskyi District. Rescue workers are continuing to clear the rubble.

The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, announced this on Telegram.

"Last night, the enemy once again attacked Odessa. All relevant services worked continuously to deal with the aftermath and assist residents," he said.

 

According to Lysak, as of 7:00 a.m., five private homes and a dormitory had been damaged in the Kyivskyi District. Rescue workers are continuing to clear the rubble. Tram tracks have already been repaired, and public transport services were not disrupted.

In the Khadzhybeyskyi District, cleanup of residential areas has been completed. A total of 26 applications for compensation have been submitted.
