On the night of Thursday, in the Odessa district, a multi-storey residential building was damaged as a result of an attack by a Russian strike drone. Fifty-eight residents, including eight children, were evacuated, according to Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
“An enemy drone hit the area between the 18th and 19th floors of the apartment building, without a subsequent detonation. The building’s façade and windows were damaged, as well as parked vehicles,” Kiper reported on Thursday morning.
Details are being clarified.
"Unfortunately, as a result of the attack, a young man born in 2009 sustained fatal injuries. I extend my sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. This is a great tragedy for the family and for all of us," Oleh Kiper wrote.
