“In Odessa, as a result of another massive enemy strike, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged. The blast wave shattered windows in a five-story residential building. Unfortunately, one person was injured. As a result of the strikes, residents of one of the largest residential areas of Odessa were left without electricity, water, and heating… The enemy is deliberately striking vital facilities in an attempt to destabilize life in a peaceful city,” he wrote on Telegram.

According to him, emergency repair and restoration work is ongoing in the city.

“All services are operating in an enhanced mode to restore electricity, water, and heating as quickly as possible. Points of Invincibility are operating in the city,” he added.
