Russian strike on Odessa: casualties reported and civil infrastructure damaged

During a massive bombardment across Ukraine today, Russian forces also attacked the energy and civil infrastructure in the Odesa region. There are reports of casualties, including a child.

Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, provided the update.

According to Kiper, the targets of the Russian terrorists included the region's energy and civil infrastructure.

 

 

As a result of the attack, four people were injured, including a 10-year-old boy. Three of the victims, including the child, have been hospitalized in moderate condition.

The attack also caused missile debris to fall, damaging private homes and a large number of vehicles. Currently, there are disruptions in the electricity supply in the Odesa district.

"All relevant services are working to address the aftermath of the Russian attack. Law enforcement is documenting the consequences of another aggressor crime against civilians," added Kiper.

 

 

UPDATE 12:32

The number of people injured in the Russian attack on the Odesa region has increased to seven.

A 60-year-old woman has been hospitalized in moderate condition. Additionally, two children, a 10-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy, sustained bruises and abrasions.
