Russian forces struck the city of Vilniansk in the Zaporizhzhia district during the day on Saturday, June 29, damaging an infrastructure facility.
According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the initial reports indicated that the Russian strike killed 6 civilians and injured 8 others.
Additionally, a critical infrastructure facility, a store, and residential buildings were damaged.
"We are providing urgent assistance to the affected people. We will not forgive the enemy," Fedorov wrote.

According to Fedorov, the number of fatalities has risen to 7, including two children. The number of injured has also increased, with 10 people now reported wounded.
