Sashko from Mykolaiv region, featured in the Imagine Dragons music video, has rebuilt the house which was destroyed by Russia

Representatives of the permanent donor UNITED24 rebuilt the destroyed house of 14-year-old Sasha from Novohryhorivka, Mykolaiv region, within six months from scratch.

This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, on Telegram.

The band Imagine Dragons became an ambassador for the fundraising platform UNITED24 in the "Rebuilding" direction in the summer of 2022. In December, the band's director, Ty Arnold, came to Ukraine as a volunteer. In Novohryhorivka, Mykolaiv region, he met 14-year-old Sasha, whose house was destroyed by Russia.

Ty Arnold filmed the story of the boy, his completely destroyed house, and the village. In May, the band presented a short film for the song "Crushed," filmed in Ukraine. Sasha became the main character of the music video, and later, he was invited to the concert in Warsaw to meet him personally, and he was invited to the stage.

Representatives of the permanent donor UNITED24, the network of supermarkets "Aurora," saw the music video for "Crushed." The company decided to rebuild Sasha's house from scratch within six months.
