Sergei Zgurets sees a correlation between the success of the offensives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the volume of military assistance from NATO.
The war can drag on for 2-3 years, because Russia wants to freeze the conflict and has certain resources for this.
This was announced by the director of the information and consulting company Defense Express, Sergei Zgurets, on the air of Espresso. He believes that the next year will be decisive in the war.
"Ukraine's potential to continue offensive operations depends on the regularity and reliability of military assistance from our partners. Since this assistance affects the accumulation of Ukrainian reserves. Now we are in a state where Ukraine and the enemy are accumulating forces for further military operations," Zgurets said.
The expert sees a correlation between the success of the offensives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the volume of military assistance from NATO.
"I do not rule out that hostilities may continue for at least 2-3 years. Indeed, in Russia, there are still considerable resources in military equipment. Therefore, Russia can drag out hostilities with less efficiency. However, this scenario is not the only one. In my opinion, next year will be important enough in this war. And for us, the success of offensive operations in 2023 will depend on the help of the allies," Zgurets added.
