Ukrainian citizens will be able to travel to Turkey without a PCR test from May 15, but they will have to fill out a special form before departure.
However, a special form have to be completed at the departure with: passport details, flight and place of residence in Turkey.
72 hours before arrival in Turkey, passengers must print out the completed application form or download it to a device (smartphone, tablet, etc.); present it to the airline employee at the airport of departure. Without a questionnaire, boarding will be denied.
After filling in the data, the system generates a Hes-code, which must be presented in hotels, catering establishments, shopping centers and transport. With the help of the Hes-code, the authorities control whether a person had contact with a COVID-19 patient, and if this happened, informs the tourist.

It is worth reminding that in Turkey from April 29 to May 17, there is a strict lockdown with a round-the-clock curfew. But the restrictions do not apply to foreigners staying in the country temporarily.
