The Security Service has documented new crimes of the leaders of the terrorist organization DPR (Donetsk People's Republic) who organized the pseudo-presidential "elections" in the occupied part of Donetsk region.

• Denis Pushilin, the "governor" of Donetsk;

• Artem Zhoga, one of the leaders of Putin's "campaign headquarters";

• Vladimir Vysozky, the head of the "DPR election commission".

According to the investigation, collaborators organized massive falsifications regarding the participation of local residents in the fake plebiscite. They also "reported" to Moscow about the supposed maximum support for the illegal elections from the region's residents.

To create the appearance of "voting" there, Pushilin arrived in the city together with the deputy head of the Russian president's administration, Sergei Kiriyenko. Among the ruins of the occupied district center, they made a staged "video appeal" for the Russian media, supposedly from local residents, to involve them in the "elections" of the aggressor country. In addition, Zhoga formed the leadership of the occupation "election commissions" and personally controlled the results of the "voting".

He gave relevant instructions to Vysozky, who organized courtyard tours accompanied by armed invaders. During such "raids," participants demanded to mark "necessary" entries in illegal ballots.

Based on the collected evidence, the Security Service investigators informed all three suspects of the in-absentia suspicion under Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaborative activities).

Recall that based on the materials of the SSU, the leader of the DPR terrorists Pushilin has already been sentenced in absentia to 15 years in prison, and his accomplice Zhoga to 12 years in prison.

Since the criminals are located in the occupied part of Ukraine, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring them to justice.

The investigation was conducted by the SSU employees in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
