High Representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, began his Wednesday morning in a shelter in Kyiv due to Russia's missile attack.
He wrote about it on social media X.
"Starting my morning in the shelter as air alarms are sounding across Kyiv. This is the daily reality of the brave Ukrainian people, since Russia launched its illegal aggression," Borrell noted.
The EU High Representative is visiting Kyiv along with his special diplomatic advisor Zaki Laïdi. Borrell stated that the purpose of his latest visit to Kyiv is to discuss the "unwavering support for Ukraine from the EU" in military and financial terms, as well as on the path of reforms within the EU.
Now Josep Borrell is addressing the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. This is his 6th visit to Ukraine.
