Sweden has announced the allocation of an additional over 8 million euros for the implementation of the 'Grain from Ukraine' initiative, aimed at transporting Ukrainian grain to the poorest countries.
This was announced on the official page of the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson.
"Pleased to announce that Sweden will provide another 100 million SEK to the Grain from Ukraine initiative via World Food Programme. Ukraine continues to contribute to global food security, despite Russia’s continuing war of aggression," said a statement on behalf of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.
