The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, visited brigades and battalions defending the Kharkiv direction. He announced this on Facebook.
"To increase the operational efficiency in management and address problematic issues related to the reinforcement of our forces and assets in active areas of the front, I worked with the brigades and battalions defending the Kharkiv direction," Syrskyi noted.
He informed that "the enemy continues to build up its troop concentrations in the direction of the main strike at Starychi - Lyptsi and in the area of Vovchansk, by transferring additional regiments and brigades from other directions and training grounds."
"However, these forces are currently insufficient for a full-scale offensive and breakthrough of our defense. Moreover, the enemy's actions are complicated by the reinforcement of our defense through timely decisions regarding the transfer of reserves to threatened directions," emphasized the Commander-in-Chief.
