The Finnish hard rock band Lordi has called for donations to UAnimals to support animals affected by Russian military aggression in Ukraine. This was reported in the UAnimals Telegram channel.

The Finnish musicians, winners of the Eurovision Song Contest 2006, Lordi, have shown their support for UAnimals. They recorded a video message urging people to contribute to the fundraising campaign for the construction of a shelter.

"Ukraine is currently fighting for its freedom, and we support this beautiful country! People are not the only ones suffering. Innocent animals are also affected. Our friends at UAnimals are doing extremely important work, helping animals and rescuing them during the war," the musicians stated.

The artists also called on people to donate to UAnimals for the construction of the "Pegasus" shelter in Dnipropetrovsk region. Specifically, "Pegasus" plans to build a stationary facility for the treatment of horses injured during the Russian war in Ukraine. Such a facility will allow for the treatment of horses directly at the shelter and will simplify the lives of both the affected animals and the caregivers.

"We suggest paying for a symbolic square meter of the future facility or donating for a symbolic brick, which we will virtually sign with your name," UAnimals mentioned.
