The Russian invaders are ignoring international law and shelling civilian infrastructure.

The Russian invaders want to take control of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. To do this, they regroup their troops.

This was stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

"Measures to regroup the troops of the Russian Federation continue. The enemy did not abandon the purpose of the operation to establish full control over the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It is trying to improve the position of units in the Tavriya and Pivdennobuzhsky operational districts. Defiantly disregarding international humanitarian law, Russia's troops continue to use aircraft and artillery to strike at civilian infrastructure and industry. Thus, as a result of the shelling of the town of Rubizhne in the Luhansk region, the occupiers damaged a tank with nitric acid," the statement reads.
