The Russian dictator Putin often changes generals in the leadership of the General Staff of the Russian Federation due to the fact that they do not have time to follow his orders - they are constantly changing.
This explanation was given by the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Viktor Andrusiv.
At the same time, there will be no qualitative changes after personnel changes in the Russian army, he believes.
"Putin constantly changes goals. His commanders are not on time with the fulfillment of any goals that he sets. Even the capture of Severodonetsk took place, but with a significant delay from his plan," he recalled.
Andrusiv predicts that personnel changes will continue and will occur regularly. At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that the removal of General Alexander Dvornikov from command of the Russian troops in Ukraine is very significant since he belonged to Putin's entourage.
"It is very significant that Putin is beginning to change those close to him. Dvornikov was like that. This means that he is feeling powerless," the adviser to the minister emphasized.
âBut one must understand that all these people were brought up in the same culture of military thinking, in the culture of the same approaches. And indeed, there will be no special changes from the change of command,â he assured.
Earlier, the American Institute for the Study of War reported that in the fifth month of Russia's full-scale military invasion of the territory of independent Ukraine, Russian Colonel General Gennady Zhidko is responsible for conducting the war.
