The newly appointed Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ukraine, Radek Pech, has arrived in Kyiv and presented copies of his credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that the copies of the credentials were accepted by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yevhen Perebyinis.
The Ukrainian official highly appreciated the intensification of political and sectoral dialogue between Ukraine and the Czech Republic, especially in the context of countering the aggression of Russian occupiers. Perelygin also expressed gratitude to the Czech Republic for its support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
During the meeting, diplomats paid special attention to Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
It's worth noting that the presentation of credentials effectively marks the beginning of the ambassador's work.
