In Feodosia, in occupied Crimea, the oil depot that was struck by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on October 7 has been burning for the third day. The smoke plume reaches 54 km in length.

This was reported by the Telegram channel Crimean Wind.

"It has been the third day since the oil depot has been burning after the missile strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the message states.

As reported, on the evening of October 8, a gasoline tank exploded at the oil depot, followed by a kerosene tank.

"What exactly is burning now is not definitively known, but kerosene produces bright smoke. This is confirmed by satellite images," the Telegram channel added.

It is noted that on the morning of October 9, the wind shifted toward the sea. The smoke plume reaches 54 km in length.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine successfully struck a marine oil terminal in the temporarily occupied Feodosia on the night of October 7. A state of technological emergency was declared in the city.
