President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Yaroslav Spodar, Deputy Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine for work with personnel.
This is stated in the decree of the President of Ukraine No. 616/2022.
The decree was signed on August 26, 2022. The reasons for this decision are unknown.
"Dismiss Spodar Yaroslav Bogdanovich from the post of deputy commander of the National Guard of Ukraine," the document says.
As we know, Yaroslav Spodar was born in the Zhytomyr region. In 1992, he graduated from the Donetsk Higher Military-Political School of Engineering and Signal Corps, and in 2000, the Military Humanitarian Institute of the National Defense Academy of Ukraine.
He supervised the department of educational work of the Main Directorate of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the department for recruiting and serving officers of the Academy of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
He took the post of Deputy Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine in May 2014. In October 2017, he was awarded the military rank of lieutenant general.
Spodar was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree and the medal "For Impeccable Service" III degree.
