After completing the official visit to Norway, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky visited the United States Army Europe and Africa Command in Wiesbaden, Germany.

The head of state met with the head of the U.S. European Command and Supreme Allied Commander of NATO Forces in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, the Commander of the U.S. Army in Europe and Africa, General Darryl Williams, and the Commander of the Security Assistance Group to Ukraine (SAGU), Lieutenant General Antonio Aguto.

During the meeting, they discussed the work of the Security Assistance Group to Ukraine, logistical aspects of supplying ammunition and military equipment, as well as their repair and maintenance.

Volodymyr Zelensky also spoke with Ukrainian military personnel working in Wiesbaden as part of the operational group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the Security Assistance Group to Ukraine.

Representatives of the Armed Forces are involved in coordinating the supply of material and technical assistance from partner countries to the Ukrainian Defense Forces, training personnel of the Defense Forces on the territory of partner countries. Additionally, they coordinate the repair and maintenance of Western models of military equipment provided by Ukraine's partners.

"I am honored to be here today to thank each warrior for serving to defend our state. I am very pleased that you work as a team with our partners, our real friends. I wish you only victories. This is the most important thing. Life and the future begin with them," said the President.
