Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin and Executive Director of The Reckoning Project Janine di Giovanni have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation.

The Prosecutor General's Office announced this on Facebook.

According to Kostin, 'from the first days of the full-scale invasion by Russia, The Reckoning Project has been doing brilliant work collecting evidence of the Russia's war crimes and contributing to international justice processes through mechanisms of universal jurisdiction.'

 

 

He noted that 'the Prosecutor General's Office highly values ​​cooperation with The Reckoning Project, and the signing of the memorandum is another step towards strengthening it.'

'We continue our joint efforts so that no one involved in committing international crimes against Ukraine can hide from justice anywhere in the world,' Kostin said.
