During a massive attack, the Russians struck the Kyiv Hydroelectric Power Plant in Vyshhorod. This information was confirmed by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).

"Regarding the Kyiv HPP dam, there is no threat. It is impossible to destroy it with missiles. There is no need to compare it with Kherson, where the destruction was caused by an internal explosion. The Russians are using this topic in the information space to incite panic, nothing more," he stated on Telegram.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that two energy facilities in the region were damaged. Additionally, 22 private houses, warehouses, garages, and vehicles were damaged by debris from downed Russain targets.
