Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the Security Service of Ukraine has exposed 13 representatives of foreign media who were preparing "commissioned" materials for Kremlin propagandists. In their provocative "stories", they published disinformation from the fronts and discredited Ukrainian troops.

According to the SBU, they are banned from entering Ukraine for 3 years.

The special services also neutralized more than a dozen enemy boot farms with a total capacity of more than 100,000 fake accounts.

They operated in Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Ternopil, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Zakarpattia and Zaporizhia. Through them, destructive and false information was dispersed in order to destabilize the situation.

In addition, the SBU exposed hundreds of Internet agents who acted in favor of the occupiers and blocked more than 5.5 thousand accounts and through the administration of social networks. They were used to misinform, support Russian military aggression and spread fakes.

One of the latest special operations is to expose the extensive intelligence network of the Russian special services, which was run from Crimea.

The group consisted of pseudo-journalists and so-called "experts" who received money from Russian curators for their work. They operated under the guise of an online publication created by the FSB on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula.

Through their "publications", the propagandists imposed pro-Kremlin views on events in Ukraine. Manipulative materials were presented in the form of alleged analytical reviews and interviews with so-called "opinion makers".

They were most active on the eve of official interstate meetings - to discredit Ukraine in the international arena.

It was established that the activities of the network were coordinated from the Crimea by the "editor-in-chief", who positioned himself as a "political scientist" and "energy expert". He has repeatedly distributed Kremlin content through popular telegram channels.

The attacker is currently hiding in the temporarily occupied territory. SBU investigators informed him in absentia about the suspicion of committing crimes.

The secret service actively opposes the emergence and spread of Russian propaganda in the Ukrainian information space.
