The Security Service detained another enemy propagandist in Kyiv, who publicly justified Russian armed aggression against Ukraine.
The accomplice of the Russians is a blogger from Kyiv, the founder of the so-called "Russian club", who was engaged in preparing "commissioned" publications for the sanctioned information agencies of the aggressor country.
Among them are the "Russian national line" and "one family".
In his columns, he called the seizure of Crimea and parts of the eastern regions of Ukraine "legitimate", and also popularized the L/DNR terrorist organization.
In August of last year, he was informed in absentia about suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason).
At the same time, the perpetrator managed to escape and tried to hide from justice on the territory of the Holy Annunciation Men's Monastery of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate). However, SSU officers detained him.
According to the investigation, the enemy blogger's provocative materials and public speeches were actively used by the Russian special services to carry out information sabotage against Ukraine.
For each "portion" of destructive content, the traitor received a monetary reward from the aggressor.
Currently, the court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for the detainee.
