A school for training operators of unmanned ground robotic complexes has been established at one of the training centers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to a report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, this initiative follows a decision by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, General Oleksandr Syrskyi.

Servicemen are undergoing training on about 10 different types of unmanned ground robotic complexes, including logistics, special, and engineering models. Work is ongoing to scale and improve the project, focusing on enhancing training effectiveness and providing proper educational and training facilities.

Colonel Vitalii Dobrianskyi, head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Innovation Directorate, stated that the training follows a clearly defined program, leading to the acquisition of the relevant military occupational specialty.

To ensure a high-quality training process, specialized software tools have been developed, and training models of unmanned ground robotic complexes are used.

Dobrianskyi emphasized the importance of future specialists acquiring not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills.

"It's crucial that the training process pays adequate attention to the length of the preparation for unmanned ground robotic complex crews," he added.
