The construction components have already been delivered to the Kyiv region and are being prepared for installation.
This is stated in the video message of the mayor of Brovary, Igor Sapozhka.
"Brovary became the first city in Ukraine where the implementation of the Italian Peace Village project, aimed at helping Ukrainians in the event of a possible blackout, began. The first such Point of Invincibility will be located at the entrance to our central park," the official said.
The charitable foundation "Free Spirit of Ukraine" helped implement the plan, which appealed to Italian partners to help create such a point. As a result, the architect Mario Cucinella developed the concept of the object, and patrons financed its creation and delivery to Ukraine. Materials for the construction were handed over by the Italian partner Project Mean.
The installation of the first portable Point of invincibility has already begun - Ukrainian specialists are being assisted in this by a designer from Italy. The project provides for the arrangement of three tents, the availability of a generator, heating, and a shooting range.
