In New York, Donetsk region, the debris clearance that lasted almost two weeks has been completed. The bodies of five people were recovered from under the debris of the building.

This information was reported by Vadym Fylyashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

On January 15, Russian forces dropped two guided bombs on a three-story building in New York. At that time, as a result of the Russian aggression, three people were injured, and five remained trapped under the rubble.

"The search operation lasted almost two weeks, and rescuers found the remains of all five victims," said Fylyashkin.

Russian forces consistently shell cities and villages in the Donetsk region, both located on the front line and those slightly more distant from it.
