The Ukrainian side has appealed to the Higher Anti-Corruption Court to confiscate the assets of the Russian company involved in the production of "Kinzhal" missiles.
This was reported by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The Ministry aims to apply sanctions to the Joint-Stock Company "Scientific-Production Corporation "Engineering Design Bureau of Machine Building".
Third parties to be named in the appeal include:
- Joint-Stock Company "NPC "High-Precision Complexes";
- State Corporation for Assistance to Development, Production, and Export of Advanced Technology Industrial Product "Rostec";
- Limited Liability Companies "Scientific-Production Complex "Photoprylad".
The Ministry clarified that the Joint-Stock Company "Scientific-Production Corporation "Engineering Design Bureau of Machine Building" (JSC "SPC "EDB MB") is a company in the Russian Federation that develops and manufactures military equipment, including high-precision tactical missile systems, operational-tactical missile systems, anti-aircraft missile systems, and anti-tank missile systems at the request of the Ministry of Defense.
The Ministry emphasized that this strengthens the military potential of the Russian Federation, which employs this military equipment in carrying out armed aggression against Ukraine.
According to publicly available information, this company is responsible for the development of "Kinzhal" missiles, which Russians use to strike Ukraine. The company is also involved in the development of Ka-52M and Mi-28NM helicopters.
