President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine is sharing its experience and feedback on weapons effectiveness with Italian arms manufacturers, while also developing joint production with Italy.

He made the remarks in an interview with Corriere della Sera.

"I have a very good relationship with Giorgia Meloni, whom I respect greatly. I am also grateful to the Italian people and everyone who supports Ukraine. But our gratitude is not just expressed in words. We are already sharing our experience. They receive feedback from us on which Italian-made and European-made weapons work and which do not, and what technological adjustments we have made. We share all this with Italian manufacturers," he said.

Zelensky recalled that joint production facilities have been established in Italy and Ukraine.

"We have a very good relationship with Leonardo. We are grateful to them, and they receive a great deal from us in return. I am very pleased that we support each other in this way and that Italy's technological capabilities are advancing," he said.

The President also noted that Italians are employed at the enterprises and factories being opened in Italy, which is another important aspect of the cooperation.

"This is not only about jobs, but also about supporting both Ukraine and Italy," he added.
