First Contact, a company specializing in UAVs since 2014, is initiating the serial production of the tactical strike drone "Vidsych," capable of flying both during daylight and at night.
Zakhar Tereshchenko, the CEO of the company, announced this on iForum dev.ua. According to him, the company has all the necessary documents and certificates and will begin production of thousands of "Vidsych" UAVs within two weeks.
The drone has the following characteristics:
- Weight: 8 kg
- Payload weight: 3 kg
- Length: 1.45 m
- Wingspan: 2.5 m
- Height: 0.45 m
- Operational range: up to 30 km
- Speed: up to 100 km/h
- Flight altitude: up to 2 km
The "Vidsych" is equipped with a 1100 W brushless electric motor and has a battery capacity of 2x10000 mAh.
The drone can be deployed within 15 minutes, and it is remotely piloted with the ability to program flight routes.
