Today, on January 31, the Ukraine Reconstruction Forum is taking place in Istanbul. Olexander Kubrakov, the Minister of Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure, held a meeting with representatives of the Turkish government.
Kubrakov shared this information on his Twitter account. The Ukraine Reconstruction Forum is being held in Istanbul this time, preceded by a series of bilateral meetings.
Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Olexander Kubrakov, reported that he has already had a meeting with the Minister of Trade of Turkey, Omer Bolat, and the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey, Abdulqadir Uraloglu.
"Forum will contribute to the increased trade potential of our countries, expand logistics and foreign economic relations. We have a common goal – the Black Sea is to become an area of cooperation, trade and economic growth. Important to attract private investments in the recovery of infrastructure," Kubrakov noted.
The minister added that Ukraine's priorities this year will include projects aimed at restoring energy, housing, critical, and social infrastructure.
"I’m thankful for Türkiye's willingness to actively participate in the implementation of projects to recover infrastructure in Ukraine that was destroyed or damaged due to rf's aggression," he emphasized.
