At the 2024 Paralympics, Ukraine achieved a total of 82 medals, including 22 gold, 28 silver, and 32 bronze. This places the country 7th in the overall medal tally and 5th in the total number of medals awarded.
Ukrainian athletes achieved notable success at the 2024 Paralympics, winning:
- 22 Gold Medals: The first gold was claimed by Oleksandr Komarov in the 100m freestyle, setting a Paralympic record. Other gold medalists included Oksana Zubkovska, Denys Ostapenko, Ihor Tsvietov, Yurii Shengur, Maria Pomazan, and others.
- 28 Silver Medals: The first silver was earned by swimmer Anton Kol. Additional silver medals were won by Iryna Poida, Maria Shpatkivska, and Maksym Veraksa.
