Ukrainian air defense forces shot down a Russian Su-34 bomber and Su-30 fighter jet in the past 24 hours.
This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
'Two fighter-bombers Su-34 and Su-30 were destroyed by the means and forces of Ukraine's air defense,' the statement from the General Staff reads.
It is worth noting that the cost of one such bomber is approximately $50 million.
Additionally, the previous day, the Defense Forces' aviation struck 12 areas of concentration of Russian personnel, weapons, military equipment, ammunition depots, and anti-aircraft missile systems.
