Ukrainian company YouScan has been listed among the top 100 employers worldwide for the year 2024 by the American publication Newsweek. It is the only Ukrainian company on the list, ranking 10th in the rating.
YouScan, a Ukranian-based company, closed up shop in the Russian market within days of the beginning of the war, despite that being 50 percent of their business. Their team was 100 percent on board with the decision, and they were able to overcome this challenge thanks to a strong, people-oriented culture based on trust. Many employees relocated due to the war, but communication remained strong through open Slack channels, regular team syncs, monthly newsletters and random coffee calls. YouScan offers a four-day work week in the summer, which they've found has improved work-life balance without hurting productivity.
The Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® Newsweek rating is compiled for the second consecutive year in collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), an organization focused on leadership development and benchmarking research.
YouScan is a social media monitoring platform based on AI. It helps marketers, researchers, and communication and PR experts understand their clients. The company was founded in Kyiv in 2009 and now works with clients worldwide.
