"Only the criminal Putin regime is responsible for the mass arsons and explosions in Russia. Accusing Russian occupiers of anything is possible, but to find those responsible for the fires and explosions on their territory, all they need to do is look in the mirror," stated Vadim Skibitsky, representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in an interview with obozrevatel.com.

Vadim Skibitsky also asserted that without declaring a mass mobilization, the aggressor state cannot avoid it, as the Kremlin has been preparing for it for a long time: increasing the penalties for not showing up at military commissariats, raising the conscription age, and introducing electronic military draft notices.

According to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Moscow declares its intention to create a number of new military formations and restore the combat capability of its army.

"To implement this plan in order to maintain what Russia has occupied and continue the military pressure on our state, the enemy needs not only mobilization but also time to train soldiers and equip them. Mass mobilization is an unpopular decision, but the Putin regime has no other way out," Vadim Skibitsky reported.

At the same time, the representative of Ukrainian military intelligence described the attitude of the population of the aggressor state towards the criminal war.

"Overall, the majority of the Russian population, about 70%, supports the continuation of the war. But this is more of a kitchen-sofa support – there are not many in Russia who are willing to go to the trenches and seek death on the battlefield in Ukraine," explained the officer of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Vadim Skibitsky reminded that for those Russians who did not commit war crimes and do not want to participate in the war against Ukraine, our state guarantees protection within the framework of the "I Want to Live" project for voluntary surrender.
