President Volodymyr Zelensky has enacted decisions from the National Security and Defense Council dated November 23, implementing economic sanctions against a range of Russians and Russian companies. These measures are outlined in decrees numbered 772 and 773, both dated November 23.

According to Decree No. 773, five-year sanctions have been imposed on several Russian energy companies, including Vologda Regional Power Company, Omskelectro, Rosseti Lenenergo, and Far Eastern Energy Management Company - Generation Networks. The list also includes Moscow Energy Directorate, Salekhardenergo, LOESK Electric Networks of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Volgogradoblelectro, Moscow Regional Energy Networks Company, Rosseti Kuban, and others.

Sanctions have also been introduced against entities like the 'Shahtaimeni O.F. Zasyadko' mine in the so-called 'DPR' (Donetsk People's Republic), Unionenergoindustry, Unionenergoproject, and more.

By the same decree, sanctions with a duration of 10 years have been imposed on 87 individuals, including citizens of Ukraine and Russia. The full list is available via the provided link.

The list also includes various companies from the UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan, Cyprus, Turkey, China, Malta, and others, against whom 10-year sanctions have been imposed. These sanctions involve the freezing of assets, restrictions on trade operations, and prevention of capital outflow from Ukraine.
