During a working trip to Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited a training center where training for mobile fire groups takes place.
The head of state familiarized himself with the living conditions and the service of servicemen.
The President was briefed on the equipment status of the mobile fire groups. He observed the training process in specialized classrooms with multimedia simulators for the Fagot anti-tank missile system and the Igla man-portable air-defense system (MANPADS), as well as the personnel of the mobile fire groups practicing practical shooting exercises.
Volodymyr Zelensky also presented state awards to servicemen of the regional command of the Territorial Defense Forces "East" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the operational command "East" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces.
"I want to thank you for destroying enemy air targets, for protecting our state, our families, for defending Ukraine. I wish you strong health and only victories. Only forward! Glory to Ukraine!" - said the President, addressing the servicemen.
