Irish actor Jack Gleeson, who played Joffrey Baratheon in the famous series "Game of Thrones", arrived in Ukraine and is already in Kyiv. He shared his first impressions and spoke about the support of our country during the full-scale war that the Russian Federation started almost a year ago.
The photo with Gleason has already been shown by Ukrainian director Ekaterina Chepura on her Facebook page. In addition, the actor commented on Ukraine Now Telegram channel.
It is reported that the actor of "Game of Thrones" will be in Ukraine for several days. Gleeson, along with his friends, brought a pickup truck, which was purchased by British volunteers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He plans to meet with the Ukrainian defenders. Also, the actor will take part in a charity film intensive at the Theater of Young Spectators on Lipki, and the funds from this event will go to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is planned to purchase a truck for mortars.
In addition, earlier Gleeson put up for auction a figurine of his character - King Joffrey I Baratheon. Proceeds from the sale will go to the thermographic camera for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
