Russian forces have changed their tactics in attacks on Kharkiv. Now, the Shaheds strike the city within a very short time frame.

This was stated by Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, iuring the telemarathon broadcast.

“About 15 ‘Shaheds’ launched a massive attack on the city of Kharkiv. In total, there were 17 if you count the region. They struck in a record 1-2 minutes,” said the head of the administration.

According to him, impacts were recorded in 11 locations, including three hits on residential buildings. Sixty people were wounded, including nine children. Three people died, and one woman is in critical condition.

“The Russian forces are changing tactics. At first, they significantly increase the altitude of the ‘Shaheds.’ They initially fly at 4-5 thousand meters and then sharply descend just before reaching the target,” Synegubov explained.

He added that the Russian forces are inventing new tactics to destroy civilian enterprises as well as residential areas.
