In the Mykolaiv region, plans are underway to create a new industrial park covering 150 hectares.
By the end of 2025, another industrial park is expected to be registered in the Mykolaiv region, according to the Department of Economics of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.
The new park will focus on developing enterprises involved in the processing of agricultural raw materials, food production, building materials, furniture, and metalworking. This is expected to stimulate the economic development of the region.
Currently, two industrial parks are registered in the region, but neither of them has started operating yet. These are the SUNART industrial park in the Kryvoozerska community and the "Techno Park Voznesensk" industrial park in the Voznesensk community.
The region has an Incentive Programme for the development of industrial parks for 2025-2027. It allows covering 50% of the project costs for setting up industrial parks in the region.
