"Nova Poshta" will start operating in Latvia and Estonia from mid-September, the company announced.
In these two countries, the service will begin with address delivery. Customers will be able to order a courier to any city. The service will work for shipments both from Ukraine and in the reverse direction.
The first Nova Poshta branches will open in Latvia in October and in Estonia in November.
The courier service will operate on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Customers can send or receive documents and packages weighing up to 30 kilograms using the courier. Delivery times will be around five days.
To make an address delivery, customers will need to submit a courier request on the Nova Poshta website or through the mobile application.
Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, "Nova Poshta" has been opening branches in Europe. They are already operating in five countries: Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Romania.
By the end of the year, the company plans to commence operations in eight more countries, including Austria, France, Italy, and Spain.
